We support over 32,000 members in the pharmacy profession, comprised mostly of community, hospital, credentialed and research pharmacists, interns and students. We are a not-for-profit organisation that is 100% owned by our members.
PDL member benefits are designed to support practising pharmacists in managing and minimising risks throughout their professional life. This includes market-leading Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance, risk management and incident handling support and emergency after-hours advice, access to risk management tools and a subscription to the Australian Journal of Pharmacy (AJP). Our membership is suited to all stages of a pharmacist’s career, including pharmacy interns and students.
Available to PDL members for urgent situations when a patient or pharmacist is at immediate risk of harm
All the same member benefits, accessed free of charge
At PDL, we are committed to delivering the highest quality service to our members. We do this by developing strong individual relationships, having great communication and being accessible to our members. We have an organisational culture focused on exceeding member expectations. However, disputes may still arise. We have therefore developed the following Complaints and Dispute Resolution process which is fair, efficient and accessible to all our members.
